Hakuhodo Inc acquires AdGlobal360 Kunal, March 12, 2020September 3, 2023 Japan’s second largest advertising company, Hakuhodo Inc, has acquired AdGlobal360 (AGL) in a deal of undisclosed value. AGL was recognized as the fastest-growing MarTech company in 2019 by Deloitte. This acquisition marks Hakuhodo’s first venture into India and aims to strengthen its technological and digital presence in the country. President of Hakuhodo International, Nobuaki Kondo, welcomed AdGlobal360 to the Hakuhodo Group and expressed his excitement about working closely with the company. He emphasized the companies’ mutual learning and their joint mission to provide the best digital marketing solutions to clients in India. Hakuhodo distinguishes itself from other agencies in India by integrating skill sets into a single structure to offer communication and business solutions. AdGlobal360, founded in 2009, is a 10-year-old MarTech company headquartered in Gurgaon. It currently employs over 460 individuals and offers comprehensive digital solutions to various brands across industries. Rakesh Yadav, the CEO of AdGlobal360, confirmed the deal and highlighted the shared vision between the two companies in integrating marketing with clients’ technology infrastructure.
